Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your GBGG purchase! Here’s how our returns and exchanges work:
Can I return my item?
You can return any items within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.
All items are covered by a 12-month warranty.
Got a damaged or faulty item?
We’re here to help! If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within our 12-month warranty, email a photo to service.gbgg@gmail.com. We’ll cover return postage and fix it fast.
Returning for another reason?
No problem! Return unused items within 30 days, but you’ll need to cover return postage. If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you get proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
When will I get my refund?
We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving your return. Expect funds in your account within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are refunded only for parcels confirmed lost in transit. No refund will be issued if the return parcel lacks sender information or if the returned product is missing.
